Artichoke-Asiago Dip

400g artichoke hearts

¼ cup fresh parsley

150g cream cheese

25g shredded asiago

25g shredded parmesan

1 tsp grated garlic

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

½ tsp honey

salt & freshly ground black pepper

Place all ingredients except the cream cheese in a food processor and blend but do not over blend, specs of green parsley should still be visible.  In a mixing bowl fold cream cheese into mixture and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
