Makes about 2 dozen cauliflower nuggets.

Serves 6-8

Ingredients
For cauliflower nuggets:
1 small cauliflower (about 1.5 pounds), minced (about 5 cups)
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs, for the nugget mash
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon minced parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt

For coating:
1/2 cup breadcrumbs, for coating the nuggets
About 2 Tablespoons olive oil spray or brush, for coating the nuggets

We recommend letting the oven preheat for 5-7 minutes for maximum crispiness when using Air Fry. __ Note there is no preheat indicator bar when using Air Fry.

Directions

Coconut Shrimp Directions:
